This is one of Japan’s major problem's because when people wake up in the morning to go to work they have to take trains because many of them can’t afford cars or parking for their cars. When going into rush hours in trains they literally have to be pushed by man wearing white gloves that are hired to do that. Since the trains are so crowded people take advantage and steel valuable things other people have in their coat pockets. Most Japanese people can’t drive cars around because they don’t have a card that says when and when not to drive. Also when the rush hour traffic gets so bad people can get stuck waiting to get out for many hours/days
